Windows v.3.1

Website Download Email Classic Windows 3.1 Interface. The "Program Manager" and "Accessories" and "Main" windows are there. Minimize buttons work, but you can't resize or maximize the windows. No taskbar or system tray, though I did include a Start Menu in the "File" Menu. Mrfritz379 @ 06/02/2002
